About Patrick Overcash

I'm Ryan, a proud North Carolinian with 29 years of roots in the state. Raised in the Triad, I relocated to Raleigh in 2012 for an education at NC State, earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Human Biology and Microbial Biotechnology.After a successful 5-year stint in pharmaceuticals, I seamlessly transitioned into real estate, becoming a trusted agent in the Triangle for the past three years. I love the region for its beach proximity and the flourishing economy, particularly in biotech and tech.Looking forward, I have set ambitious goals of assisting 25+ clients in buying or selling homes in 2024. My future plans involve gradually moving into brokering small multifamily deals (2-50 units) and eventually stepping into small multifamily real estate investing. In addition to working with clients face to face, I am passionate about the meticulous attention each real estate transaction requires. I am constantly looking to create streamlined processes that transform a potentially stressful event into a seamless and easy experience.
